Albany Firebirds attend Albany Cystic Fibrosis Climb at Empire State Plaza!

Last weekend Albany Firebirds Head Coach Damon Ware attended the Albany Cystic Fibrosis Climb at the Corning Tower, Empire State Plaza in Downtown Albany.  The Albany Cystic Fibrosis Climb is an annual event aimed at raising funds and awareness for cystic fibrosis research and support. Participants climbed the 42 floors of the Corning Tower, symbolizing the uphill battle faced by individuals living with cystic fibrosis.

Looking ahead, Coach Ware and the Firebirds expressed their eagerness to continue supporting the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and similar causes. "We are honored to be part of such a meaningful event, and we anticipate standing alongside this great foundation again in the future," said Coach Ware.

The Albany Firebirds express their gratitude to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation - Northeastern New York Chapter for extending the invitation and providing this meaningful opportunity to connect with the local community. As the Firebirds season quickly approaches, we remain committed in our mission to not only achieve success on the field but also to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others within the Capital Region community and beyond.
